My husband and I are looking for some help with my 4 year old and my 1 year old Due to my shifts being on night shift for work.We are looking for night time help with our kids care when I go to work. I need someone willing to work night shift for 12 to 13 hour shift.
I need both my 4 year old, and one year old fed, changed regularly before bed.
I want theM to be put down for bed at a certain time frame.
I want the nanny to keep me updated on the children especially if there is any challenges.
I need open communication between the nanny and my husband and I.
I want my kids to be read to each night before bed as well as teeth brushed.
I don’t have set days for sworn as I work in a hospital however once you are chosen, then I will reveal my schedule to you for the full six weeks when it’s finalized. I work 3 to 4 twelve to 13 hour shifts a week. Sometimes weekends and week days mixed, I try to work my days in a row to give you more days off In between the needed help
