We are first-time parents working from home with an easy-going 2-month-old baby boy and a friendly French Bulldog. We need a reliable, proactive nanny who values open communication, is eager to support infant development, and is comfortable with pets. Must have a clean driving record and a reliable car.

? Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri, 12–6/7 PM (21 hrs/week) + occasional weekends
? Pay: $25/hr + gas mileage reimbursement
? Duties: Childcare, light housekeeping, errands, meal prep (preferred)
