I have a demanding career that I work to balance with time with my boys. We are very busy with children's activities (band, baseball, soccer), and the boys love to play with their friends and in the backyard pool. Friends play at our house regularly. I do travel occasionally and therefore may need overnight help a couple of times a year.
Cleaning out children's lunch items and backpacks daily
Keep the boys on track with homework
Prepare snack and simple dinners for the children
Engage in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
Keep kids' rooms and common areas tidy and picked up
Keeping supplies stocked and letting employer know when things are getting low
Transporting children to/from school and activities
Clean up dinner and facilitate bedtime routine
Personal assistance duties and organizational projects
