Compensation: $23-24/hr but includes 10 hrs of 1.5x overtime

We are a joyful, close-knit family of 4! Lou is almost-5 going on 13 -- very chatty, very logical (especially when she's debating you), and a bit ferocious. She's quite social (and will want to make new friends), but also loves independent time making art, "reading," etc. She'll appreciate it if you treat her like a friend and not like a baby. Evie just crossed 2 and is in full-on toddler mode -- curious, stubborn, and loving.
Get the children ready for the day (dressed, fed, teeth, etc.)
Transport children to/from school and activities (excellent driving record required); family has a car to use on the job
When the children are home, engage them in indoor and outdoor, educational age-appropriate activities such as books, music, walks, play, toys, activities, arts and crafts, off-site activities (e.g., park, library, museums), etc.
Prepare the children's meals and snacks
Household duties will include:
Tidy the children's areas and common areas (load/unload dishwasher, wipe down counters, sweep up any messes, pick up toys and keep organized)
Household organization projects (typically related to the kids)
Family laundry
Run errands such as post office, dry cleaning, returns, groceries, Target, etc.
Family meal prep
Maintain inventory of supplies and grocery list
