Sweet, laid back family seeking a Full Time nanny to help care for their 2.5 year old and newborn. Both parents work demanding jobs, mom WFH and dad WFH on Fridays, so someone who is proactive in helping keep things tidy around the house, assist with laundry and the occasional errand would be ideal.
The perfect fit for this family would be someone who has knowledge and experience with infant/childhood milestones, will share that with the parents but still be supportive in their choices. Having a car is a requirement as you will be transporting the toddler to and from preschool. Being able to implement firm boundaries with children is an important trait to have. There is the potential for traveling with the family as well.
