Background: Family of 5 with 3 boys (7, 5, & 2) with a fast-paced lifestyle and staffed home in Central Austin, near Tarrytown. Compensation: $25-35 per hour (based on experience) with healthcare stipend and bonus potential. Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week; M-F afternoon/evening (or one weekend day and 4 week days)
Role Description: The Nanny will support the household to force multiply across a range of activities and tag-team with parents to care for children after school/evenings. Must be available to travel with family to lake house or on vacations. They have two cats, a puppy and fish (must love animals, no allergies)! They provide you with a nanny vehicle.
Seeking: 2+ years minimum experience with children under the age of 7, be personable, friendly, and situational awareness. Ideal candidate is able to keep up with a dynamic environment and work well within a team. Must be available for a minimum of a two-year contract. Looking for someone with a professional attitude that takes pride in the work and is receptive to direction. Committed candidates that are interested in growth with family.
