Full-time nanny for 5-month old

In search of a full time nanny from 8/19/2024 for our baby boy who turns 5 months then. Duties will include caring for baby, paced-bottle feeding or solids, nap times, play times, etc. And help with light housekeeping, bottle cleaning and baby laundry during nap times.
We also have a 3 year old daughter who is at daycare full time. If she is home and sick, if the nanny can help on those days with her as well, we would appreciate it and happy to pay higher rate of 2 kids on those days.
