Looking for live in help with 3 boys

We are a bilingual household speaking English and Spanish. We have three boys - 3,6,and 7.
Looking for help getting the boys to and from school and babysitting when I’m working.
I work a changing schedule. Scheduled time week by week changes. Open to live in nanny with room and board included with compensation.
