This close-knit family seeks a professional career nanny who brings a positive, proactive work ethic to enhance the lives of their two little ones, B3.5 and G1.5. Both parents work as anesthesiologists, making reliability and dependability essential traits for their ideal candidate. They are looking for a seasoned professional who can take on all aspects of a full-charge nanny role and is interested in growing with the family for years to come.
40 hrs/ week, scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6 PM
Schedule created 2 months in advance, with any final adjustments provided 1-2 weeks ahead.
Mom’s job operates on a 2-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule, so her off weeks may require closer to 35 hrs of support. Other weeks could involve 2-5 hrs of overtime as needed.)
REQUIREMENTS
• Min of 3 yrs of professional nanny experience
• Longevity in former roles (at least 1 yr)
• Background in teaching/Montessori preferred
• Flexible with the schedule
-B3 attends school M-F until 12:30. Care includes morning drop-off, pick-up at 12:30
-The nanny will be responsible for both children in the afternoons.
- Support the children in meeting their developmental and educational milestones
- Prepare nutritious meals for the children
- Develop activity-driven daily plans
- ommunicate confidently and professionally with all adults in the home, including Grandma
- Enforce house rules (e.g., no eating outside the kitchen, no shoes in the house).
