Hi! I'm a single mom with two young boys, ages 2 and 4 in West Nashville. We're a pretty structured, but laid back family and I would love to find a nanny for my happy, playful young boys.

I'm looking for someone who can watch and care for our boys but also play with them and read to them.

Most of the responsibilities will focus around the boys, including their care, light laundry, etc. I'd also love it if our nanny could assist with some light housekeeping, such as loading the dishwasher, just tidying up. Note that this is not a house manager position.

I'm looking for someone who can cover the hours between 8-5pm during the week and maybe some time on the weekends. Flexibility in scheduling would be much appreciated!
