Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities, embrace a Montessori-inspired approach, tidy common areas, assist with meal cleanup, organize toys and children’s items, collaborate with Mom: Transition between assisting with household management and providing childcare throughout the day. Home-Based Role: No field trips or outings with the child are required.
• Min of 5 yrs of professional nanny experience/household tasks
• 3 yrs of experience working with ages 2 and older
• Experience with newborns is a plus, as the family may grow in the near future
• Background in education or teaching preferred
• Comfortable signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
