Part-time sitter for a 4 month old

We are family of 3 , My mother in law stays with us temporarily. We live in a 2 bed 2 bath apt
I need sitter to take of the baby from 8-12 daily.. weekly 4 days.
Massage/bath the baby and putting her to slp before she leaves preferably.
