We're a young family. I've been a SAHM for the first year of my daughter's life, and am ready to go back to work. My schedules are going to be set in stone, but my husband's will have a little more wiggle room.
Someone to take care of our 14 month old. She is pretty chill with me, but does not have a lot of experience with strangers so hopefully she adjusts quickly. She's not potty trained yet, and I'm not really expecting it to happen soon since she's young. I just didn't know what else to put under care needs.
We will probably need about three days a week and five hours on alternating Saturdays. Start time would be variable, but I should be home by 6:45 PM every weekday and 1:45 PM on Saturdays The schedule would be able to be planned 3 weeks in advance with as little as possible last minute changes on our end.
