We are a big family looking for a nanny to help us care for our children in this busy working world.
We are relaxed and low key, value manners and respect (expected by our children), want our children to grow up to be happy and well mannered adults. We value experiences, building relationships, most of all positive attitudes and just trying. We love to have fun and try new experiences.
The kids are the priority. During the school year our 2 year old will need entertaining, playing at home, story time, taking nature hikes, pool time, beach time, etc. The 3 older kids will need to be picked up from school and homework help/oversight will be needed. No house cleaning but we are asking for the daily mess to be cleaned up. This mostly includes teaching the children to clean up after themselves, ensuring they do it, and providing assistance if needed.
We are fairly flexible. Monday through Friday from 9-5 would be great. Some days we may ask to flex hours but only by about 1 hour, so 8-4 or 8:30-4:00.
