These first-time parents seek a flexible and nurturing nanny for their baby born in November. The family is eager to welcome a caring and affectionate individual to join their parenting team, emphasizing the importance of creating a loving environment for their child. The mother's work schedule, provided three months in advance, will serve as the basis for coordinating the nanny's hours, with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Additionally, the family has a small dog, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable around pets. The nanny will play a crucial role in supporting the new parents and contributing to their baby's growth and well-being during this exciting chapter of their lives.
Hours and Days per Week:
Guaranteeing 40 hours per week, but the nanny will need to be able to work up to 50 hours based on the parent's work schedule. The start time is as early as 6 am and the latest end time is 4:30 pm. The family will provide 3 months in advance notice. Starts ASAP.
Driving Needed/Car Use/Reimbursement: Driving preferred
Compensation:
$30 per hour gross, 2 work weeks of paid vacation, 4 personal sick days, and 6 paid major holidays
Flu shot, Tdap, COVID vaccine, and booster required.
