I work hybrid, usually home by 3-4pm. My wife works remote and is home but her job requires a lot of focus beginning at 10am. We have one child who is 14mo old who just needs someone to play with her and give her snacks ?

Play with my daughter, give her snacks/lunch, change diapers, put her down for naps.

Likely looking for 3 days per week, still working out our schedule as my wife settles into her new job.
