Hi! I’m a mom with a very active and loving 4-year-old son who is working on his speech development. We value structure, creativity, and kindness.

We’re looking for someone to engage him in educational play, help with potty training, and follow a no-screen, self-guided daily routine. Experience with speech delays or autism is a plus. Playing outside is big and taking to social activities. Experience with special needs a plus.

We’re located in a quiet neighborhood and need care during weekday afternoons and some weekends. Flexibility and consistency are important to us.
