We’re a busy family of four looking for care for our youngest member, who is 7 months old. We keep the baby on a very consistent food and nap schedule.

In your reply, please speak about your approach to caring for babies. We seek very open communication, full engagement with the baby, and careful attention to safety and tidiness of baby items.
