Hello! I'm a nurse (primarily working night shifts) and my partner is a professor. We basically need care when I'm sleeping following a shift and my partner is working. We have one 2-year old. He loves to be independent, is curious, loves books and going outside, and naps well. FYI we have 2 cats and are a queer family--therefore we need someone who is comfortable with that!
Duties entail light meal prep, diapering, playing, putting him down for naps, and tidying after him (putting away dishes, toys, and washing bottles/dishware, folding clothes) during naptime. Experience with toddlers preferred but always happy to train if you're eager to learn! We will be potty-training soon, so while you're not expected to initiate it, we just need someone who's on board and can implement consistent feedback.
We're located in Roxborough-Manayunk and need help M, W, Th from 9a-5p and occasional weekends (weekends are optional, but would love if you are able to pick up those shifts) when things get really busy for my partner. Thank you in advance for your interest!
