We are a family of 3 becoming a family of 4 real soon! Both mom and dad work, but we want to keep the children home until we feel they are ready for daycare.
Mom and dad's schedule is flexible in that rarely will sitter be left alone with kids. We need help in watching our little ones during the day while we work or sleep (due to night shift work). If sitter can help with child development and feeding when needed that would be great!
