My husband and I are expecting our first child in late August/early September. Ideally we'd love to hire a nanny to care for the baby during the day while we both work. This way, she'll grow in these very important formative first months in her own home with her own space, toys, and environment before we look into transitioning to daycare/preschool. We'd love to work with you professionally, but also welcome you into our little home as friends and develop a good relationship!
Basic needs like feeding, napping, changing, playing & learning; I will do laundry and bathing. Between both of our maternity and paternity leaves, start date would be early 2025. Both of us have full-time careers: I work in Blue Bell and he works from home. We're hoping to find someone to work Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 4:00; hours are flexible as I can leave early to do work-from-home tasks. My husband will also be there in case of emergency, and to bond with the baby when he can.
