I have four children. But I only need care for two whom are ages 4 & 7. My 7 year old is very independent for the most part. My main concern is my four year old. Also my 7 year old goes to school and gets out around 2pm daily so he would be less of care.

Watch the children. Play with the children. Entertain them. Feed them snacks. Bathroom care. That’s about it.

Part time job. I share 50/50 custody with my soon to be x wife. My schedule is a 4 on 3 off schedule weekly. And we switch. Since I get two days off of work. I would only need a regular sitter who would be available Tuesdays, Thursday one week and Monday, Friday, Saturday the next with my current work schedule.
