Hello, my wife & I are looking for a nanny to help with our 2 daughters (3 month old & 4 year old preschooler). We are looking for a full time nanny once my wife returns to work in late May/June, with part time hours (with some flexibility) needed sooner beginning in April. The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of infant care and assisting with transportation, activities & meal preparation for our older daughter. We are looking for a caregiver who has significant experience as a nanny and/or experience in early childhood education. My wife & I see the relationship with our future nanny as a close one and believe that strong communication, a partnership mentality and a good fit is key
