We’re specifically looking for someone with experience or understanding of children with ADHD and Autism. Our child is highly gifted, both autistic and ADHD, and needs someone hands-on who can give focused one-on-one attention.
This is not a typical babysitting job. We need someone who is comfortable and skilled with an energetic 5-6-year-old, and who can actively engage with him rather than just watching him look at a screen. We’re trying to minimize screen time as much as possible.
