An open-minded family right outside of Dayton, OH, in Xenia is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Newborn Care Specialist to assist with their delightful 2-month-old son. This immediate 16-week assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the early months of his development.

This individual’s responsibilities will include all infant-related tasks including providing reliable care, providing guidance around developmental milestones, preparing and sterilizing bottles, doing baby laundry, keeping the nursery clean and organized, keeping a journal of the baby's eating, sleeping, and diapering habits, and establishing healthy routines for sleep and feeding. The family does have a medium-sized German shepherd husky mix that has been living with extended family.

Child(ren): 2-month-old
Hourly rate: $40-$45 hr/
Schedule: 16-week assignment. The schedule for this position involves working day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The family offers flexibility with the structure, allowing for either four ten-hour shifts or five eight-hour shifts
