We are a young family located in northeast Ohio. Both my husband and I are originally from Michigan and are transplants to the Cleveland area for work. Both of us work from home. My husband is a Technical Recruiter at AWS and I am a Senior Manager at an international compliance company. Our son is 14 months old and & has been at home with a nanny since 7 months old. We have a 7 year old cat, Pearl. As a family, we love the outdoors, traveling, and experiencing Cleveland.
We are looking for someone that can grow with our family as our son transitions to a school in the fall of 2025. The role's responsibilities will include helping us monitor developmental milestones, light dishwashing, general tidying of our child's eating area, light laundry (washing and putting child's clothes away), general tidying up of our son's room and play areas throughout the home when used, performing stretches with our son recommended by his physical therapist, changing diapers, meal prep, feeding, and playtime with our son.
The workplace location will be our home. The weekly schedule does vary based on the schedules of my husband and I, which varies week over week so flexibility would be needed. The daily schedule would be 10-3 daily, with additional hours likely needed as necessary.
