This individual’s responsibilities will include all child-related tasks including providing reliable care, providing guidance around developmental milestones, preparing and sterilizing bottles, safety handling and storing breast milk, doing baby laundry, keeping the nursery clean and organized, keeping a detailed journal of the baby's eating, sleeping, and diapering habits, and establishing healthy routines for sleep and feeding. Additionally, assistance with light housekeeping will be required.

Child(ren): 4 months old
Hourly rate & annual salary: $25-$26hr/ $61K-$64k+/year
Benefits:
 monthly healthcare stipend of $200, 10 days of paid time off, paid holidays, 5 personal days, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for on-the-job travel.
Schedule: 45 hours per week. The general schedule will fall on Monday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Wednesday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility is crucial as once a month Mom may need to work until 5:00 pm on Mondays, and a few days a month may have to come in at 7 am.
