The Nanny Connection, a local childcare agency, is assisting a busy, dual physician family is in search of a nurturing nanny who can seamlessly integrate into their hectic schedule and provide consistent care for their infant. They are seeking someone committed to long-term growth with their family, offering stability and reliability amidst their demanding professional lives.

Child(ren): 4 mo old

Desired experience/qualities: Seeking a dependable nanny with infant experience who recognizes the importance of facilitating activities to promote development.

Responsibilities: All aspects of child care including developmental activities, bottle/meal prep, facilitating routine, etc. Light pick up as related to care of the child and assistance with family meal prep is ideal.

Start date: August 19th

Schedule: Schedule varies significantly depending on the parent's work schedule. Some weeks can be more than 40 hrs, other days or weeks care may not be needed. Working days will be within Mon-Fri, hours will generally be within the parameters of 6:30am-5:30pm, with some flexibility needed.

Offered rate: $25-$27 before taxes. Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime; paid sick time, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
