Calling all vibrant, efficient, and knowledgeable household managers – an exciting opportunity awaits you in Oberlin, OH! A dynamic family is on the lookout for a compassionate individual to embark on a delightful journey to help manage their three homes and care for their 8-year-old and 6-year-old twins. This position involves mainly household management and family assistant tasks, making up 75% of the role, with the remaining 25% dedicated to nanny duties.

This position requires a combination of administrative, managerial, and domestic skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the household and the well-being of the family. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining household schedules, including appointments, events, and activities, maintaining household inventories, grocery shopping, house maintenance schedule and execution with vendors, meal prep and cooking, and other personal assistant duets. You will also be responsible for childcare duties including family’s laundry/linens, meal preparation, occasional assistance with child-related transportation, and more.

Child(ren): 8-year-old twins & 6-year-old twins

Hourly rate & annual salary: $35-$40hr/$72k-$83k+/year

Schedule: 40 hours per week. The general schedule will fall on Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The family will provide a schedule two weeks in advance. Flexibility is crucial as the schedule may vary with the number of hours worked per day, but will adhere to a 40-hour work week.
