An active and structured family residing in New Albany, Ohio is seeking an organized, energetic, and nurturing nanny/household manager to join their team. This position involves caring for their four delightful daughters, aged 6, 4, 4, and 2.

Child(ren): 6-year-old, 4-year-old twins & 2-year-old
Hourly rate & annual salary: $40-$45hr / $114K-$128K per year
Benefits:
 $300 monthly healthcare stipend, $500 monthly housing stipend, $5,000 relocation assistance, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid major holidays, and a family-provided vehicle for work-related use.
Schedule: guarantees 46 hours per week, with a schedule that includes working from 7 AM to 1 PM on Mondays and Fridays, and from 7 AM to between 6 and 7 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The ability to be flexible for hours to vary a bit in the summer, while still guaranteeing the full-time schedule (perhaps a bit later start and a bit later end, for example). While the core schedule remains consistent, there may be some weeks that require additional hours. Weekend work may also be requested, but this will be a very rare occurrence.
