We hire a nanny to care for our infant. The start date is flexible, and the work schedule includes weekday mornings and daytime hours. The nanny ensures the child's safety, prepares meals, changes diapers, and engages in playtime activities. The role requires comfort with pet animals and a valid driver’s license with access to a car. The nanny communicates daily updates on the child's activities and needs. A nurturing attitude and reliability are essential for this position. We would like to be able to do a flat rate vs hourly.

I am a school teachers so some weeks it will only be 4 days of the weeks.
