We have a sweet and smiley 6 month old boy and a funny and energetic 2 year old who need care in our home and outside (backyard, parks, playground) during the week. Mom and dad work from home 9:00-6:00 Monday-Friday.
Sitter would need to keep baby and toddler engaged with age appropriate activities, manage nap times and meal times, and change diapers. Mom and dad can assist occasionally but need to be mostly focused at work.
We live in Westerville by the Char Mar nature preserve. The boys love playing outside and being social with other kids. We are trying a new approach because daycare was often too crowded and overstimulating especially for the toddler, and noticed some anxiety and frustration setting in. Hopefully a one on one approach will allow him to flourish at a slightly slower pace.
