First-time parents in Cleveland Heights, Ohio are seeking confident, experienced, and nurturing ROTA nannies to join their team. This position involves caring for their sweet and quiet 3-month-old son. The family is looking for professionals who can work collaboratively with one another in a structured one-week-on, one-week-off ROTA schedule.

The responsibilities for this position include planning and organizing fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities, bottle feeding breast milk (which will be pumped), and providing attentive care, especially when the child is sick. The nanny will maintain clean and organized play/sleep areas, prepare/sterilize bottles, handle/store breast milk safely, and manage the child’s laundry and linens.

Child(ren): 3-month-old
Hourly rate & annual salary: $30hr/ $55k per year
Benefits:
 $200 monthly healthcare stipend, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 3 paid sick days, paid major holidays, and a mileage reimbursement
Schedule: 60 hrs per week, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, each nanny will work one overnight shift every other month, alternating on a rotation with the other nanny. Overnight shifts will either be Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM or Friday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The family can provide the schedule a year in advance to allow for planning. For 2025, dates when these overnight shifts occur will be: April 11th-14th, June 30th-July 4th, October 3rd-October 6th, December 1st-December 5th.
