The Nanny Connection, a local childcare agency, is assisting this family in hiring a nanny.

Child(ren): 7-year-old girl, 4-year-old boy

Desired Experience/Qualities: Seeking a positive, patient, and creative nanny with prior household management experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking initiative and maintaining a daily routine. The nanny should be adept at incorporating age-appropriate activities and minimizing phone/screen time.

Responsibilities: All aspects of childcare including, children's meal preparation, light housekeeping related to the children (dishes, toy cleanup, children's laundry, organizing/cleaning children's closet, making beds), transportation to and from appointments/activities & school, running errands, household organization, family laundry, family meal preparation.

Other Adult in the Home: Father works from home part time in dedicated office space.

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Ideal schedule is M-F 6:30am-10:30am & 2:30pm-6:30pm, Family is also open to 7-5 four days a week

Offered Rate: $25-$27/hour before taxes, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. 2 weeks paid time off, 6 paid holidays, paid sick days, $150/month Healthcare Stipend.

Please Note: A one-year commitment is mandatory, with the ideal candidate becoming a part of the family for multiple years.
