We are seeking a nurturing and experienced full-time nanny to care for our delightful 15 mo son, with a focus on the Montessori approach to early childhood development. This position involves providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment that fosters independence and supports his growth. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on care for our toddler throughout the day; age-appropriate Montessori-inspired activities ; prep and feed snacks and meals; maintain a consistent daily routine, including nap times and playtimes; communicate regularly with parents . Strong preference for someone with a formal education in early childhood education. This position will be from August through December.
