A bustling and close-knit family residing in Cincinnati, Ohio is on the lookout for an intuitive and organized family assistant to care for their children ages 10 and 7, and their home.

This role involves ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently by handling a variety of tasks, including ordering and restocking household essentials, assisting with older, self-sufficient children as needed, light meal prep and cooking, and general tidying and organizing. Responsibilities also include managing the family calendar, scheduling and coordinating with vendors, personal assistant duties, overseeing house maintenance and vendor execution, booking trips and organizing itineraries, packing and unpacking for travel, running errands, and stocking groceries weekly, handling school drop-offs, pickups, and activity transportation. They will also be responsible for coordinating home maintenance for the family’s Lake Michigan property, including scheduling landscapers and repairs, and pet care. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things running seamlessly!

Hourly rate & annual salary: $35-$38hr/$72k-$79k+year
