Our family of 4 in West Village, nurturing and active Nanny/Family Assistant to provide childcare and household support. This role involves caring for two young children and helping maintain an organized and well-stocked home while the children are in school. The ideal candidate must be energetic, nurturing yet firm, and be able to multitask. This is a year-round position, with 3 months of working in the Hamptons over the summer, as well as occasional travel for family vacations and events
Provide attentive and nurturing care for two children ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Taking children to after school activities and playdates.
Educational Support: Facilitate educational activities, assist with homework, and create engaging experiences for children across different age groups.
Household Assistance: Assist with light household tasks such as helping with children’s laundry, making beds, assisting with keeping the children’s rooms and play spaces tidy.
CPR and First Aid Certification
Background: A university curriculum focus in Child Psychology, Early Childhood Development and Education is advantageous but not mandatory.
Flexibility: Must be highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to changing schedules and responsibilities, including travel and relocation to the Hamptons for the summer.
Travel Ready: Willingness to travel with the family as needed for vacations, events, or other personal trips.
