A warm and active professional family on the Upper West Side, NYC, is seeking an experienced and reliable nanny to care for their 1 year old son. An individual with extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers, possessing a deep understanding of child developmental milestones, and the ability to create a nurturing and enriching environment for young children. The ideal nanny must be warm, patient, reliable, proactive, a self-starter, and know how to troubleshoot issues independently.
Following and respecting the parent’s guidance is important. It’s a bonus if they can find someone bilingual in Italian or Spanish who is willing to primarily communicate in that language with the baby. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
Compensation: This position is $30-$35 per hour DOE, PTO (e.g., paid federal holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and sick days). A discretionary performance bonus, Metrocard, Healthcare Stipend.
