A family with a 1 and 6 year old in Millbrook, NY is looking for a live-in weekend nanny to start between October and the end of December. The ideal schedule would be arriving around 11am Friday and leaving around 4pm Sunday (the nanny will have the baby monitor overnight). Each weekend will look different but this family values open communication and Mom will give you the plan for the day ahead of time.
Responsibilities:
Cooking and laundry for the children 
Child-related tidying up and organizing

The children love being outdoors no matter the weather. The family's house is on 100 acres so a love of nature and exploring the outdoors is essential!
Comfortable partnering with involved parents but also able to happily and easily be sole charge of both children and require little guidance.
There will be opportunities for travel if the weekend nanny is interested but is not required
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must have transportation to and from the house. Family car will be provided for on the job driving 
Candidates must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing 
Confident swimmer and comfortable in the water with young children 
Comfortable with dogs; there is a small dog in the home

Will reimburse transportation to and from the house if coming from the city
2 paid weekends off per year
