We recently moved into the neighborhood and are looking for a nanny for our son, Ethan, for a few days a week. Ethan is 2 years old, and is speech delayed. He will be getting speech therapy a couple of times a week, and currently has a very limited vocabulary.
We tried putting him in daycare but it wasn’t the right environment for him. We are looking for someone to spend time with Ethan one on one and just do activities with him, play games and hopefully help him find his voice.
We are both work from home parents, so we will always be in the house if anything is needed. preferred start time is 9 AM or earlier. Ethan will usually take an hour nap around 12 or 1PM. We’re flexible on the end time for days as well.
