A kind family in Long Island City (immediately near Queens Plaza subway station) is searching for a full time nanny for their 2-month-old baby boy with a flexible start mid-end of Oct. Mom is on maternity leave until early 2025 and seeking a nanny to assist her M-F 9am-5pm for the rest of 2024 plus some extra hours. Dad goes to the office x5 a week. When mom returns to work after maternity leave, looking to transition childcare hours to accommodate M-F 8am-6pm plus occasional date nights
Family lives in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a modern, elevator building with a courtyard and amenities. Seeking an experienced nanny who is knowledgeable and skilled with newborns but can grow to stay with the family long term.  The ideal candidate speaks English fluently and has strong communication skills with the parents, is patient, nurturing and gentle in care with both baby and new mom.Friendly cat at home.
