We are looking for a loving, kind, and responsible person to join our family for a full-time live-out long term nanny position in Hastings-on-Hudson. The hours are Mon-Fri, 8a-5p. We need someone who can come early and stay late on occastion. We have a toddler (3yo) and infant (9mo). We also have a friendly dog.
We would like someone who is truly attentive to our children: sitting with them while they eat, playing with them, coming up with activities for them, dancing/singing with them, getting on the floor to do artwork or tummy time, and going down the slide with them at the playground. We would also like the nanny to clean up after them, keep play area and bedroom tidy, keep car seat and stroller clean, do their laundry, and prepare their meals (healthy and well-balanced breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks
We will give off New Year's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving and day after, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day). MLK, presidents and Columbus day will depend on our work requirements. We will give at least 2 weeks vacation (one you choose and one we choose) and at least 7 sick days. If you need a personal day please give us 2 weeks notice.
