We are a family of 4 with two adorable kids 1.5 (Wesley) and 3 yrs old (Charlotte)

start dat by picking my younger kid up at his half day school, making him lunch and putting him down for a nap. While napping will need help chipping in with light housework, kids laundry and meal prepping the kids dinner. Around 3 my daughter comes home from school and you’d have the responsibility of both kids until 5/6

We are looking for some flexibility if the kids are sick, have off from school or occasional date night
