We have a beautiful 2-yr-old daughter. Mom works full time at the office. Dad works full time from home but could use help with childcare. We are trying to be as COVID safe as we reasonably can be and are looking for a nanny that understands & appreciates that. Our daughter has speech delay & communicates through signs & a few words. The caregiver we are looking for will be patient & understanding with our kid's hesitance around new people. We really love giving our daughter time outdoors, different sensory activities, & lots of books, songs & pretend play. We subscribe to what we know of child-led play & gentle parenting. Our kid has our full respect. 20 hrs/wk, M-F mornings through lunch.
