Do you pride yourself on being really flexible with the parents you work with, and can follow their lead when needed? Do you have experience with newborns? They have a sweet 2 year old girl, and a little baby boy on the way! He's due in January, but with so many new changes coming for their oldest (not only a new brother, but a new nanny, AND she just started school), they'd love to find someone before then, so that by the time the baby comes, you're already her trusted friend!
