We are a mixed family with an Indian dad and American (mixed Eastern European); we have a 7 month old baby girl named Anika. In addition, we have a very loving extended family who visit frequently for extended periods of time.
Anika's grandparents will be visiting for six weeks in October and would want you to care for her alongside her grandmother, so she doesnt get too tired. Ideally, Hindi speaking so you can communicate well with Anika's grandparents. We are a vegetarian family. It would be nice if you take Anika out to socialize with other babies or to story time at the library.
This would be in Anika's home in Crown Heights at Bedford and St. Johns. Anika's mom is looking for work but does not currently work so you would be working part-time either 2 or 3 full time days. We are flexible on start time but would like care to be full time days. If Anika's mom starts working we may be interested in moving to full time. Once Anika reaches one year, we are considering putting her in daycare. If you are available for occasional dates nights, that would be great as well.
