Seeking an experienced, nurturing, in-home childcare provider for my 2-year-old son. I am in the Air Force & about to be on orders, so I need someone flexible & dependable to accommodate rotating shifts (days, mids, nights) starting potentially in April/May 2025. Initial schedule is Mon-Fri (days), transitioning to 5 days on/3 days off, with shifts changing every 2 months. Responsibilities include providing meals & snacks, managing bedtime routines, assisting with potty training, providing care when sick, & engaging in age-appropriate activities. Need to have own car for transportation. Potential full-time, live-in opportunity available. Looking for someone loving, trustworthy, & reliable.
