Family located in Rio Communities, outside of Belen (87002) is seeking a nanny for their 2 daughters ages 6 & 4. The mom describes her ideal nanny as, "Someone who is familiar with compassionate parenting styles, someone who is fun, but structured. Someone who is good with time management and enjoys interacting with children. Someone with knowledge of childhood brain development and approaches all interactions through the lenses of connection and not merely obedience. Someone who is patient
with high energy children with mild/moderate sensory sensitivities that can cause emotional dysregulation at times. Someone who will do puzzles with, do crafts with, and play games and read books with my girls. Firm, but kind."
Duties will include children's laundry, children's dishes, run errands, transporting children, and light housekeeping. In order to guarantee 20 hours a week (because father has them on an alternating schedule) there may be times that the nanny is asked to transport the
grandmother to doctors appointments. There is an opportunity to increased hours and pay as time goes on.
