Hi all, we are looking for a full time nanny for our 2 boys, ages 1 and 3 for at least 1 year. The 3-year-old will be attending school in the fall part time for 3 days a week from 9-1, so we are also looking for help dropping him off and picking him up. He would be with our other son and the nanny the other two days. We would love someone who likes nature, adventure and generally being outdoors. We also have 2 energetic but sweet rescue dogs (a lab mix and a collie mix), so we would need a good level of comfort there, but no extra care needed. We have a great yard and a play room in our house, but would also love someone who is willing to take them on adventures outside of the house during the day.

We are looking for a minimum of 30 or so hours, but with a level of same day flexibility for more hours in case either of us have to work late (if the nanny is able to stay). We would always be considerate of the nanny's work life balance and want to foster an awesome working environment.
