Need a trustworthy nanny two days a week from 9-6. ( flexible on the days)

We are both working parents. I work from home and have a 4 year old golden retriever, very friendly. My baby is 4 months old boy.
I need the sitter to take care of my 4 month old from 9-5:30/6 and do some light housework , only his laundry and bottles.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
